Story
For almost 50 years, Off The Record has supported young people’s mental health to fulfil their potential for a brighter future. Their work aims to help young people, aged 11-25, achieve emotional health and wellbeing. They do this by providing youth work, group work, parent courses and support to young carers. Established in 1977, OTR is a grassroots organisation, based in Leigh Park and supports young people across Havant and South East Hampshire. By helping young people thrive, OTR is ultimately providing a better foundation for the young person’s ability to shape a better world. OTR builds emotional resilience, fosters creativity and increases confidence and bravery, so young people can generate positive social change. Consequently, they help strengthen society and improve lives.
