I am delighted to say that at 60 years young, I have decided to take part in the 'Graham Lee Fund Stable Staff Stakes' Charity Race at Thirsk on Friday 25th July. This race is raising funds for the Injured Jockeys Fund aiding Graham Lee & his family following his career ending accident in November 2023. Graham and the IJF alike, are causes very close to the hearts of all of us in the racing industry, and it really is a privilege to be able to take part in this event.

For those that don't know me, I am a former racehorse trainer and I now ride out for daughter Gemma, who took over the reins from me. I will be riding for her in this race, which makes a pleasant change from all the years that she rode for me!
