Story
Dear Friends and Supporters,
I'm thrilled to announce that I'm taking on an exhilarating challenge: a sky dive to raise funds for Guide Dogs! As many of you know, Guide Dogs is a charity close to my heart, providing invaluable assistance to those who are visually impaired, helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Why Guide Dogs?
Guide Dogs do incredible work:
Training guide dogs to support those with vision impairment.
Offering services and support to enhance mobility and independence.
Providing resources and training for individuals and families affected by vision loss.
The Challenge:
On 7th September 2024, I'll be taking the plunge from a small plane, soaring through the skies to support this amazing cause. It's a thrilling adventure for me and a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Guide Dogs.
Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives.
Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, for a world where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you. A world with enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.
