One-Eighty’s specialist team has made a huge difference to our family this year in helping our son Ashy to recover from autistic burnout and school trauma.

One-Eighty is an award-winning charity that has been transforming the lives of children and young people (ages 4–18) for over 12 years. As the only service of its kind in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, it bridges the gap between mental health and education, helping young people re-engage with learning.

This year, the One-Eighty team is running the Blenheim 7K to raise funds for Make Me Smile - a preventative mental health project designed to give young people the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach crisis point.

The goal is to bring Make Me Smile to every school in Oxfordshire by 2027.

Every contribution brings us closer to this goal.
