Campaign by Waterberg Rhino UK (RCN 1187429)
A unique safari on horseback, riding through the breathtaking Waterberg region in South Africa, raising funds for rhino conservation and community support. This is the annual 10th Ride from Ant Africa Safaris, with places for 12 experienced riders

Story

Ride for Rhinos is a unique safari on horseback that takes place annually in the Waterberg, South Africa. The purpose is to raise funds for rhino conservation and community support for the region, by helping to bring opportunity and economic benefit. The Waterberg is one of the last bastions of rhino on the planet and so needs all our support to ensure that these magnificent animals have a future.

The ride starts on the 15,000 acre reserve belonging to Ant Africa Safaris, before setting out across the stunning landscape of the Waterberg. It will be a true adventure of a lifetime that requires determination, a level of fitness and sense of humour to last 6-7 hours a day in the saddle and overall 250km.
