The National Animal Welfare Trust in Bedfordshire has been hit with some super high bills recently! You may have seen in the press about their £23,000 water bill! They are also currently in the middle of a massive centre rebuild, replacing much needed buildings that are literally falling apart and so the timing couldn't be worse... money is being stretched further than ever!
