Hello everyone! I am taking part in the Big Welsh Bike Ride, cycling 200 miles across beautiful Cymru from Caernarfon to Cardiff in support of Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice. According to my strava my longest cycle to date is 30km so this will definitely be quite a step up! Finally got myself a half decent bike so I can start to prepare.
