The event is challenging 200 miles road cycle that starts in front of the medieval castle of Caernarfon and ends in Cardiff Bay three days later.
The route follows a scenic route through Snowdonia National Park before coming down the stunning mid-Wales coastline at the foot of the Cambrian Mountains. From there, you'll take in the Elan Valley Reservoir and come across Sennybridge Training Area and into Brecon for our decent into Cardiff on day three.
Our amazing cyclists are helping Tŷ Hafan to ensure that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.
