On September 8th 2024 a group of hospice staff from Tŷ Hafan will walk 25 kilometres to celebrate 25 years of Tŷ Hafan. The challenge will take the team from Roath Park in Cardiff through Bute Park, Cardiff Bay, Penarth and end at Tŷ Hafan Hospice in Sully.

Our ambition is to raise money to get a new adapted vehicle to take children and young people out on trips and have access to different opportunities within the community.
