When I was 15 I found myself pregnant and homeless, I was helped by a homeless hostel - i lived there for 16 months until i could be housed.

These supports and services are needed now for girls like me. This fundraiser is aimed at supporting the work of depaul. Depaul help the most marginalised and vulnerable people in homelessness.

I have a hip injury so the plan is that I will run 10k on the day & Dave, the hero of my story, is challenging himself and is going to run a SUB 3 HOUR MARATHON FOR DEPAUL. Only 2% of all marathon runners run a marathon at this pace! At 46 he is doing this for charity (& for me!)
