Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust.

My name is Keeslee Lanfear, and I am a Wedding Manager from the Forest of Dean. The past couple of months have been a whirlwind which I never thought I would experience. Since March 2023 I have been undergoing tests & scans as I started to feel unwell.

Unfortunately, on the 17th May 2023 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. This was a complete shock, and is something I didn’t expect to go through at 21. I am undergoing chemotherapy & treatment from the amazing TCT team at Cardiff Heath, who are phenomenal. This is a treatable and curable cancer, and I will remain positive throughout this whole experience.

My dad, Kevin Lanfear will be taking part in the Lions Wild Boar Chase MTB Charity Event on Sunday 10th September 2023. This is a Bike Ride, which consists of 45 miles through the Forest of Dean. As a family we want to raise money and help support the funding for the Teenage Cancer Trust in our Cardiff Llewellyn Unit at University Hospital Wales, who continue to do amazing work everyday.

If you can donate anything, this is hugely appreciated & we thank-you so much for your kindness🤍
