We are taking on the Windsor Half Marathon to support Windsor Homeless Project (Alma Beacon) — a local charity doing incredible work with people in our community who are homeless or vulnerable. WHP doesn't just work with people in Windsor, but the surrounding areas too, including Maidenhead. We have seen first hand the incredible work they do and with winter fast approaching, every penny counts.

Not everyone you pass on the street looks homeless. Some people have a roof, but not a home — they may be sleeping in a car, staying in a garage, or sofa surfing. It can happen to any of us. A relationship breakdown, illness, or job loss can quickly change everything.

Please donate to keep helping the community and helping each other. We know money is a struggle for lots of people at the moment, but every pound can make a real difference.

Training hasnt been smooth sailing, but we promise to give it everything on the day. We are the lucky ones, as we will get to go home to a warm bed, food and our families. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you at the finish line!
