As many of you know my daughter Connie has been under GOSH for 12 years. She has a life threatening condition called TOF/oa that affects her oesophagus, breathing and eating amongst other things. We regularly visit GOSH multiple times per year for procedures and appointments.

Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and its staff saved not only Connie’s life but mine too. They keep her here with me and as healthy as she can be. Now I can finally give back by playing on the pitch for Goals 4 GOSH!
