I have decided to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge with my colleagues from Azets NE & Yorkshire in aid of St Cuthbert's Hospice in April this year and hoping it is going to be the kick I need to get back into fitness.

Thankfully my family has never required the services or the use of facilities provided by St Cuthbert’s Hospice but at least we know they are there if ever we do.

St Cuthbert's Hospice provides free care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life and people that are bereaved.

Each year the Hospice must raise over £2 million. Please help by sponsoring my steps as I climb to make each one count whilst the team at the Hospice make every day count for their patients and provide vital support to families, friends and carers.
