F45 Teddington have teamed up with Up and Running, Monkey SOS and the Abercorn to take part in the first Teddington Trifecta Charity Event. We are raising money for MS-UK. As a team we aim to raise £4,000.

I have chosen to take part in this event as it is close to my heart as my eldest daughter was diagnosed with MS in 2023.
