The Key to a New Life… 🔑🏠

Firstly, thank you for visiting my page. Secondly, please read the below to understand what I am doing and why.

I have started doing a lot of crazy things to get out of my comfort zone recently and one new thing on my to do list is to jump out of a plane! I am taking part in a Skydive on 21st June 2025 to help raise money for our new campaign ‘The Key to a New Life.’

I have always wanted to take part in a skydive and experience unreal views, despite being slightly scared of heights… This opportunity to support a charity close to my heart came up and I could not refuse.

In 2024, BCWA had to turn away over two thirds of people who applied for refuge because of a lack of spaces. This reflects a national shortage of safe house provision.

Our new campaign is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring that survivors have access not only to a refuge, but also to the stability and resources they need to start rebuilding their lives. The money raised in this campaign will help build 10 new refuge spaces to help women and families fleeing domestic abuse feel safe, secure and supported.
