As a parent of a boy at More House School, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible difference this school makes for boys aged 8 to 18 with Specific Learning Difficulties, Developmental Language Disorder, and other challenges. Sport plays a vital role in their development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and teamwork skills.

That’s why I’m supporting the "Transforming sports, transforming lives" appeal to raise funds for a 3G Pitch and Sports Pavilion. The current sports fields are often unusable due to weather, and the lack of facilities limits what the boys can achieve. This project will provide a much-needed all-weather pitch and modern changing rooms, creating opportunities for year-round sports and hosting competitive events.

These new facilities will benefit not only the pupils but also local sports clubs. I’ve seen how transformative sport can be for these boys, and I know this project will have a lasting impact.
