I'm raising £500 to help the Limitless Travel team hit their fundraising goal for The Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre

Kiu Kim is raising money for MD Support Centre

HYROX London 2025 · 4 December 2025

MD Support Centre (working name of NMC Midlands) providing physical therapies free of charge to support people living with muscular dystrophy (MD)

Story

I made a terrible mistake and signed up to compete in the men's single HYROX race this Thursday, Dec 4th. HYROX is an 8km run interrupted 8 times by functional workout stations:

- 1km Run + 1000m SkiErg

- 1km Run + 50m Sled Push (152kg)

- 1km Run + 50m Sled Pull (103kg)

- 1km Run + 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

- 1km Run + 1000m Rowing

- 1km Run + 200m Farmers Carry (24kg kettlebells)

- 1km Run + 100m Sandbag Lunges (20kg)

- 1km Run + 100 Wall Balls (6kg)

I know.

So to make sure there's at least some good from this, I’m fundraising to support Limitless Travel's latest campaign for The Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre.

Earlier this year, Beringea invested in Limitless and since joining the Board I’ve seen firsthand how important their mission is. The CEO, Angus Drummond, is an absolute inspiration — he founded the company after his own Muscular Dystrophy diagnosis to revolutionize accessible travel.

All funds raised here go directly to The Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre, a charity close to the team's heart that provides essential physical therapies for people living with MD.

To top it off, Beringea has generously agreed to match every donation made on this page.

I would be very thankful for any support you can give—it’s a fantastic cause, and knowing you’ve donated will be the only thing getting me through those final wall balls!
