I am a teacher in Malawi and I know that these girls have huge barriers to education. In Malawi, I have shadowed the Mighty Stride of the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2026. I walked DOUBLE that distance - 42 miles/64 kms. This is to support the education of deaf girls in Malawi through the Thompson Fund, managed by the Mamie Martin Fund.
