Story
From Thursday 4th June to Monday 8th June, I’ll be cycling 500km from London to Paris to raise vital funds for Cure Leukaemia.
Every 27 seconds, someone somewhere in the world is diagnosed with a form of blood cancer. That statistic is sobering and it’s exactly why this challenge matters.
I’ll be completing this challenge together with my colleagues from Denholm and WPA, united as a team to push our limits and support a cause that truly matters.
This will be a huge personal challenge for me, especially as cardio isn’t my strongest suit, but that’s precisely the point. Stepping outside my comfort zone feels insignificant compared to what so many people face every day.
Every penny raised will help fund specialist research nurses across the UK. These incredible professionals connect patients with pioneering clinical trials, giving them access to the latest treatments when they need them most.
These trials don’t just save lives they help drive global progress towards curing blood cancer in all its forms.
Thank you for your support 🚴♂️💪
