LapPack Endure24 – 24 Hour Charity Relay Swim

We are taking on a big challenge for a very special cause.

On Friday 5 June 2026, six dedicated early-morning swimmers from Ribby Hall — David Mason, Adam Taylor, Adam Gregson, Dan Green, Jack McGuinness and Michelle Tickle - will begin a 24-hour continuous relay swim as part of our charity event, LapPack Endure24.

Starting on Friday at 6am and swimming right through the night, we will complete the challenge in the early hours of Saturday 6 June 2026.

If you are a regular at Ribby Hall, you may recognise us as the early birds who are often in the pool when the doors open at 6am! Now we are putting those early starts to good use by pushing ourselves even further to support an incredible charity.

We are raising money for Derian House Children’s Hospice, a charity that provides vital care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families. The work they do makes an enormous difference to so many lives, and we are proud to be swimming in support of them.

Every lap, hour and aching shoulder will be worth it if we can help raise funds for such an important cause.
