Last year almost 400 babies were born needing extra help in the first few days and weeks of their lives from the Neonatal Unit at Wirral Women and Childrens Hospital, Arrowe Park.

On the 24th of June 2023 I will climb the height of Mount Everest (29035ft) on The Versaclimber, attempting to complete the challenge in under 20 hours! I have never attempted anything of this scale before (climbed Mt Kilimanjaro with 3 team mates in a relay fashion but this is as close as it gets)!

But I am determined to do my part to maybe save a little newborn’s life by raising money towards this wonderful cause and there is only one way to find out if I am capable and have what it takes to accomplish this!
