I'm taking part in the Step Up for Air Ambulance NI challenge! I'll need the support of my family and friends to power me on and help me raise vital funds for this worthy cause.

It takes 10,000 steps a day to power my challenge, it takes £8,200 a day to power the Air Ambulance. I'm raising vital funds to help ensure the Air Ambulance can reach critically ill and injured people across the province.

On average, the medical team are tasked to two critical incidents each day where their pre-hospital interventions could mean the difference between life and death.
