Story
Hi everyone 👋
I’ve signed up to take on a charity hike through the mountains of Greece – and if you know me, you’ll know this is definitely pushing me out of my comfort zone!
Last year I completed a 14.5 mile hike (which nearly finished me off if I’m honest 😅), so this next challenge is very much the next level up. I wouldn’t describe myself as particularly athletic, outdoorsy or adventurous… so this is going to be a real test both physically and mentally.
I’m doing this in support of St Catherine’s Hospice, an incredible charity that provides specialist care and support for people with life-limiting conditions, helping them live with comfort, dignity and choice. They also support families through some of the most difficult times imaginable, which makes the work they do even more special.
Like many hospices, they rely heavily on donations to continue providing this vital care—so every single contribution really does make a difference.
There will be sore legs, early mornings, and probably a fair bit of questioning my life choices along the way… but knowing I’ve got your support (and that it’s all for something so important) will keep me going 💛
If you’re able to donate, I’d be so grateful—big or small, it all adds up and means more than you know.
Thank you so much for your support 💛
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I’m fundraising for St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley; a local charity with a big ambition – to make sure nobody faces death and loss alone. The hospice relies on donations to offer pioneering end of life care and support to people in Sussex and East Surrey. Any donation you can give will mean a lot to me and make a direct difference to families facing terminal illness. St Catherine’s has never needed our support more. Together, let’s make sure the hospice can continue to provide vital
