Leo's is a Neonatal charity set up in memory of 'Leo' who was born premature just like Elijah.

Leo's has cared for us through the toughest time in our life when Elijah was born at 23 weeks and continue to do so today, 4 years on. The charity has provided support for both Elijah and us as parents including, early sensory interventions, various child centred therapies and mental health support. Leo's is not government funded and unfortunately is facing an uncertain future with regards to funding. It has been a vital service and lifeline to us as a family which is why it is so close to our hearts.

Now that Elijah is getting older he is starting to understand more about his start in life and how important Leo's has been for us and is very excited to be able to help them.

Therefore he and and Esmé would like to try to raise some money to help Leo's to be able to continue to support families like us in the future. They will be walking up Roseberry Topping (with help from mammy and daddy) laying 'stones of support' (sponsored stones with names of babies born prematurely and babies who have unfortunately passed away as a result of premature birth or birth trauma). This will take place on 19th January alongside the rest of the Leo's team and Leo's families.
