I am running The Great South Run on October 20th for Headway Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire because they have supported my mum (Karen) for the past 4+ years. They have provided my family with excellent support and a community for my mum to attend weekly groups, activities and gym sessions. All of the workers and volunteers and absolutely amazing and I want to give back to support the ongoing care they give individuals with a brain injury.
