Story
I'm doing the Bristol 10k to raise vital funds for Baby Bank Network Bristol (BBN).
Bristol has, like all cities, pockets of deprivation and childhood poverty, and BBN do incredible work helping families in need. Whether experiencing poverty, escaping domestic/sexual abuse, modern slavery or are refugees, BBN does all it can to help young families in need.
They focus on redistributing pre-loved essentials, but also need funds to buy items such as toiletries and mattresses which have to be new. They also need funds to help with charity running costs.
My two boys are lucky to be born into privilege and never need to worry about being fed, clothed and entertained - but not every child is.
Please donate what you can to help these youngsters and give them the best start possible in life.

Baby Bank Network Bristol supports families in Bristol who are experiencing poverty or crisis, by providing essential items for their babies and children up to 5 years old. As well as poverty, many of the families face additional challenges such as domestic abuse, seeking refuge or asylum, homelessness, mental health issues or are mums under 21.
Baby Bank Network helps ensure that their babies and young children don't go without the essentials, by passing on donations of pre-loved equipment, clothing, toys and other essentials from one family to another.
Please help me support Baby Bank Network continue delivering this vital free service to families in Bristol when they need it the most.
