Every day in May I will run 5km in order to raise money to help The Rainbow Project with their emergency fundraising campaign for Trans, Non Binary and Intersex People.

I, like many others, was enraged by the recent ruling by the UK Supreme Court and the Government response to the matter. I want to raise money to make sure Trans, Intersex and Non Binary People have access to the support they need and to legal help to make sure their rights are defended.

It upsets me to see how we seem to be going backwards as a society and there is so much hatred out there for people who just want to go about their lives. So I encourage anyone who can spare any money at all to donate to this extremely worthy cause.

On 31st May I will run Ormeau Parkrun in Belfast as my final 5km and would love all the support I can get to help me over the line!

Along with all of the running, I do intend to crochet some little goodies that I'll be selling and also donating all profits to this cause.
