I will be taking part in the Kelpies Abseil Experience on 30th May to raise money for Age Scotland.

As the Scottish charity for older people, Age Scotland works to improve the lives of people over the age of 50 through the provision of numerous services including a free helpline, support older people’s groups, as well as promoting age and dementia-friendly communities, delivering wellbeing programmes, and campaigning on behalf of older people.

As a cause close to my heart (and my research), I jumped at the chance to support Age Scotland, and to do it in such an exciting way is an added bonus!
