We are raising money for the fantastic charity Ty Hafan in memory of my lovely dad Jason. This walk is in September and September was my dad's birthday month. This September he'd have been celebrating his 57th birthday but he was taken almost 6 years ago. My dad was an avid supporter to Ty Hafan so I want to continue in his memory <3. This time I am getting the girls involved for our girly outing :)
