Story

Hello! 😃 Thank you for stopping by ❤️

This April I'm going to be running the iconic London Marathon. But not just running! I'll be doing it in my Left Shark Louie costume, hopefully bringing a smile to many of you the way 🥰

I previously ran the London 10k in this suit (check out photos and finisher's video below), but the full marathon is going to be something else! Please help spur me along and give what I'm sure will be much needed support to draw on when the going gets tough, the wall hits, and I'm wondering how many miles can possibly be left and who signed me up for this nonsense (yes, I know, it was me...) 😄

There will be plenty of pictures and if I can figure out the tech, maybe even a live stream of the run... but only if we smash the target 😉

I've chosen to support WWF on this crazy challenge because as someone who loves the oceans, loves sharks, and want to see the natural world conserved for future generations, I believe we all have to do a little something where we can. Sharks are being decimated across the world, their habitats destroyed, their lives hunted down in the millions for no good reason, and portrayed in mass media as evil mindless killers. They are beautiful animals who have existed on this Earth for 450 million years (before the dinosaurs!) and deserve our help. WWF helps sharks and all wildlife around the world, fighting for their survival, protection and raising awareness of climate change and fighting humanity's destructive tendencies.

Please join me in doing a little something so that we can all protect the only home we have, look after those that inhabit it with us, and preserve the beauty of the natural world for those that follow us.

Finally, this is Part Two of my Left Shark Louie run challenge - Part One is the Royal Parks Half in October, where I'll realise the shark suit (and probably the whole marathon, come to think of it) was a dumb idea. Please consider supporting me for that as well, where I'm running in support of the tireless Evelina London Children's Hospital, in the shark suit, for 13.1 miles through London's beautiful royal parks. THANK YOU!! ❤️🦈🏃🏻❤️
