Hey guys,

This year I’ve decided that I want to do a charity event at Maldon - A race through the mud and water of the river Blackwater at Maldon in Essex for charity.

I’d also like to share some of my donations to Samaritans - every life lost to suicide is a tragedy💚

Samaritans are there 24/7, 365 days of the year. As you’re aware Mental Health has increased massively over the years, and this is my way of helping to bring hope and support to someone’s future 💚
