Story

In April 2026, I will be taking part in The TCS London Marathon to raise money for MS-UK!

In 2018 I was diagnosed with MS. I lost partial eye sight in my left eye in May 2017 and that's where the testing began. I have never regained full eye sight and it is unlikely I will. When diagnosed I was told I had highly active MS so I am very grateful for the treatment I receive keeping me stable. My symptoms vary and some are ones you cannot see. MS is an invisible illness and no two people suffer the same way.

I want to run this marathon to show that anything is possible, and to give people the insipiration to push themselves.

Anybody that knows me, knows I will achieve what I put my mind to.

I am running this to support myself and others who are diagnosed with this illness and to raise vital funds to fund research to hopefully one day find a cure for MS.

MS-UK is a national charity dedicated to empowering people affected by multiple sclerosis to live happier and healthier lives. They work to improve the understanding of MS and provide support where it is needed most.

Their services include a helpline, providing information and emotional support, online activities, information booklets and a bi-monthly magazine New Pathways.

Every donation makes a huge difference thank you so much for your support!
