The Coast 2 Coast cyclists are back out on the road again this year on the 31st May 2024, cycling 225 miles from Dumfries back to Aberdeen through stunning Scottish countryside, all in aid of raising money for IFDAS (Independence from Drugs and Alcohol Scotland). At River Garden Auchincruive, IFDAS are building a vibrant and working community where people wanting to be free of their alcohol and drug problems can live and work, gaining the skills and the confidence they need to become valued and productive members of society, leaving their their drug and alcohol addiction behind them.
