I'm trying to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity who support families across Leeds. The charity Family Action (Leeds Young Carers) support families where a child or young person in the home is providing care for someone who has a mental health or physical illness, disability or a difficulty with drugs or alcohol.

The charity do some amazing work to lighten the load of Young Carers, supporting them in caring for a family member whilst continuing to juggle school, friends and doing the things they enjoy.
