We're trying to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity who support families across Leeds. The charity Family Action (Leeds Young Carers) support families where a child or young person in the home is providing care for someone who has a mental health or physical illness, disability or a difficulty with drugs or alcohol.

The charity do some amazing work to lighten the load of Young Carers, supporting them in caring for a family member whilst continuing to juggle school, friends and doing the things they enjoy.

In addition to this raising awareness to schools, community services and other institutions to help provide reasonable adjustments to kids going through these challenges.
