Turns out training for the London Marathon is easier than picking a charity but I’ve now chosen one close to home.

Having grown up locally, and now working just a stone’s throw away, I’m constantly reminded of how important Deen City Farm is to the community.

As one of the oldest city farms in London, located in the heart of Merton, Deen City Farm is a charity that creates a space for learning, growth, and connection. Every year, thousands of children, families, and young people rely on the farm for education, work experience, volunteering and the chance to connect with animals and nature.

The farm depends heavily on donations from visitors and the local community to continue its incredible work and remain open and free for everyone to enjoy.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help protect this special place for future generations.
