I will be taking part in the Guildford 10k again this year to raise money for the Green Hub - a charity I volunteer for who work closely with young people and their families.

The Green Hub Project for Teens is a local charity helping young people with anxiety and mental health challenges. The work they do getting young people outdoors in nature is amazing, and the support they give to teenagers, parents and families can be a real lifeline.

Their approach is based on 'the Five Ways to Wellbeing' and being part of the Green Hub 'Guildford 5k & 10K' Team is a perfect example of why this can be so powerful ...
