Well here we are again. Myself and Gemma loved (slight exaggeration ) every minute of the Manchester 10k we completed in may and would like to get better at this running malarkey all whilst raising some funds for an amazing charity who helped my second mum in her final days. They do an amazing job every single day and we want to show our appreciation in any way we can.
