Well here we are again. Myself and Gemma loved (slight exaggeration ) every minute of the Manchester 10k we completed in this past weekend and would like to get better at this running malarkey all whilst raising some funds for an amazing charity who helped a wonderful lady in her final days. They do an amazing job every single day and we want to show our appreciation in any way we can. This time we are being joined by leggy luc who will keep us motivated with her endless enthusiasm
