I'm taking on the Mid & South Essex Hospitals Charity Abseil 2026.

I have recently joined the Dementia and Delirium service at Broomfield hospital, supporting patients, and their relatives throughout their stay in hospital.

We are raising funds for essential equipment to support wellbeing and positively enhance patient stay, such as reminiscence tools, tactile items and music therapy which are proven to reduce anxiety and distress.
