In September 2024, Steve, Sam, Vicky, Simon and Lindsey will join over 150 riders from the Grocery industry to put their bodies to the test, physically and mentally, all with the aim of raising vital funds for their industry charity, GroceryAid.

Cycling over 345km in 3 days the team will start in London, riders will cross to Calais, then cycle along canal paths, cycle lanes and cobblestone streets as they travel into the beautiful city of Bruges before finishing at in one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities and the home of cycling, Brussels, under the iconic landmark, the Atomium.

More colleagues than ever are reaching out for support. In 2022/2023 we experienced a 44% increase in the number of incidents of support and 34,958 incidents of emotional and practical help alone. Meeting this increased demand is only made possible through your support.
