In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

As this year is the National Year of Reading, it makes sense to support a charity that assists in making reading accessible to all.

The Children’s Book Project tackles book and reading inequalities:

“ One in three disadvantaged children across the UK has fewer than ten books of their own at home*, and one in ten has none”

They work with a number of outreach communities, including women’s charities, to ensure that every child can experience the joy of reading.
