The funding will allow Heritage Charity London to run this project providing relief throughout the hardest and most challenging period of time for students and their families. The cost of living crisis will continue to increase for the next year due to external factors and this funding will allow us to help students in the heart of the crisis, providing them with essential education on healthy eating.

This will be carried out through free food workshops targeted at children and their families in certain social groups in and around Camden who are particularly struggling during this financial crisis. The workshops will aim to educate participants on not only the importance and benefits of healthy and balanced meals, but also how they can easily and inexpensively cook these themselves at home. This is a vital life skill that both ameliorates the immediate impact of the financial crisis, and is one that they will forever use to maintain good physical and mental health in the long-term.
