Story
I’m walking 100 miles throughout October to support Tiny Tickers, supporting babies like Theo and the incredible families behind every heart warrior. ❤️
Seeing everything Theo and his family have been through has shown me just how important this charity is. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps fund earlier diagnosis, supports families through incredibly difficult times, and gives more babies the best possible start in life.
If you’re able to donate, I’d be so grateful. Thank you for helping make a difference. 🩷

For Theo, and every other heart warrior and family like ours ❤️
At 32 weeks pregnant, after 12 weeks of scans and tests, we found out Theo’s diagnosis of Pulmonary Atresia with a large VSD. ✨ A fancy way of saying his pulmonary valve (which takes blood to the lungs) hasn’t developed properly, and he has a large whole in his heart ✨
Theo had his first stent procedure at 16 days old, and he will need an open heart surgery to do a full repair by the time he is 6 months.
We are so grateful for the early diagnosis as this has allowed us time to process and prepare for the journey to come. It also meant that Theo was born in the best environment with all the experts on hand.
Every year in the UK, 1 in every 100 babies is born with a serious heart condition. For families, that diagnosis can change everything in an instant. This October, I’m taking on The 100 Challenge to help Tiny Tickers give babies with congenital heart disease the best possible start in life.
Your support could send comfort to a family facing a diagnosis, helping them feel less alone at a terrifying moment. It could connect parents with others who understand, or help train a sonographer to spot heart defects earlier.
Every gift helps improve early detection, provide trusted information, and support families when they need it most. Please donate if you can — your support really does help change what’s possible. 🩷
