I'm taking on the Splash the Patriarchy Challenge! 🏊

I aim to swim 10km (kilometers) over the month of September in lakes, lido and maybe a pool or the sea.

I am raising funds to support women and girls globally, specifically fighting for equality and tackling period poverty.

Here’s how the funds you are raising can make a real impact:

• £10 could help build safe, clean toilets in schools so girls can manage their periods in privacy.

• £15 could go towards educating girls and boys in menstrual hygiene and reproductive health.

• £20 could provide Girls’ Club Period Packs - periods don’t pause for crises. Without pads, clean underwear or soap, many girls use unsafe alternatives or miss school. Your gift can provide five girls with period packs within a safe and supportive space.
