Hospices do amazing work to provide care for people with life-limiting illnesses, and support to their families at one of the toughest points in life.

Lack of government funding, set against an ever challenging fundraising landscape puts these vital services at risk - meaning that more people are likely to die in hospital, putting increased pressure on already stretched NHS services.

I’ll be canoeing across Scotland from 13-17 June from Fort William to Inverness, wild camping overnights which sadly looks like it’s going to be a bit wet!
