Story

Thank you for taking time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 15th April 2023, 17 work colleagues from across various departments of the Airport will be taking on the challenge of the Yorkshire Three Peaks in under 12 hours, which will be to help raise as much money as we can towards the Airports chosen charity Alder Hey.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24 miles long and includes 5,200ft (1,585m) of ascent.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge includes:

- Ingleborough (723 metres)

- Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres)

- Whernside (736 metres)

All monies raised will go towards our main aim, which will be to raise £80,000 for a Family Room Facility within Alder Hey's new state of the art Surgical Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This much needed Family Room will enable parents and their families to be alongside their poorly new born babies whilst they receive expert care.

You can help support us by donating, no matter how big or small.
