Myself and my brother Curtis have chosen to support Cardiff & Vale Health Charity by taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon, on Sunday 6th October 2024. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. My Nephew recenlty at the age of just 2 was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This diagnosis came as a major surprise and has presented huge challenges and difficulties with numerous hopsital admissions and reviews. However, the dedicated team at Cardiff and Vale UHB from day one have provided constant support and help to my Nephew and family. The money raised through this page will go directly to Cardiff and the Vale health charity allowing other families and children with the continued support they need.

I also work as a Physiotherapist for the healthboard within the Vale Community Resource Service ,so raising money for Cardiff and Vale Health Chairty does mean alot personally and I know will be a huge help and much appreciated.
