Myslef and my brother Curtis will be running the Cardiff half marathon for the Cardiff and Vale health charity. My Nephew Arthur was recenlty at the age of 2 diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the constant support provided by the dedicated team at Cardiff and the Vale UHB has been invaluable for our family.
